First month's rent due on signing of contract. Rent is due the first of each month. We pro-rate your first month if you move in during the month.(A bill will not be sent to you.) If your lease is entered into after the 15th of the month, the next month's rent is also due upon execution of the lease. Leases are month to month. Leases may be terminated by giving 10 days written notice. Any rent paid after the 6th of the month will incur a $20.00 late fee. Checks returned or dishonored will incur a $20.00 fee. Tenant is responsible for updating addresses and phone numbers. Insurance against fire, theft or other damage or loss to your property is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
